International Orders & Customs Charges
International orders (excluding the USA) may be subject to customs charges, import duties and local taxes. These charges are not included in our delivery prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on these charges in advance, as they vary depending on the destination. Any applicable charges must be paid before your order can be delivered.
All USA orders are sent using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning we cover the applicable import duties and taxes. There should be no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.
