Postage is charged at £3.95 on all orders to UK addresses. For orders containing greeting cards, Christmas decorations and key rings only postage is charged at £1.50. Postage is free on orders over £50 to UK addresses. Postage to Europe is £10.50 and £17.50 for the Rest of the World.
An express next day service is available to UK addresses only. Orders must be placed before 2pm to be sent that day. Express delivery is charged at £7.
You can pay online using Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express via your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, once you have clicked on the PayPal tab, you will be given the option to pay directly by your credit or debit card. We also take Maestro, Mastercard, Solo Visa and Visa Electron card payments directly by phone.
Standard items (i.e. those which are not personalised) will be sent within 2 working days of ordering. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Personalised orders may take longer depending on how busy we are. We aim to send all personalised products within 5 working days of ordering. Again, if your order is urgent please let us know and we will try to meet your deadline.
If you are not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from Sweet William.
Please email and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Please return the item/s in their original condition within 14 days and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). Please use the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we are unable to refund or exchange personalised items.
