It is important to us that you always receive a friendly, efficient and personal service when ordering through Sweet William. You can order 24 hours a day on our website. Postage costs

Postage is charged at £5 on all orders to UK mainland addresses (free on orders over £75), £10 to Europe and £15 for the Rest of the World.

Payment

You can pay online using Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express via your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, once you have clicked on the PayPal tab, you will be given the option to pay directly by your credit or debit card. We also take Maestro, Mastercard, Solo Visa and Visa Electron card payments directly by phone. Sweet William does not store any of your financial information including credit or debit card details. Please call us on 07967 002547 (9am – 6pm weekdays + 24 hour answering service). Alternatively, you can send us a cheque made payable to "Sweet William Ltd".

Delivery Information

Standard items (i.e. those which are not personalised) will be sent within 10 working days of ordering. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Personalised orders may take longer depending on how busy we are. We aim to send all personalised products within 20 working days of ordering. Again, if your order is urgent please let us know and we will try to meet your deadline.

Returns

If you are not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from Sweet William.

Please email and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Please return the item/s in their original condition within 14 days and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). Please use the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us.

Please bear in mind our ceramics are made by hand with love and care and not by machines. As a result occasionally there may be tiny imperfections and slight variations to the designs. This all adds to their handmade charm and ensures each piece is truly unique.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we are unable to refund or exchange personalised items.
